Hadith 19370
١٩٣٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو بكر بن عياش عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في (الرجل) (١) يقول لامرأته: إن شئت (فأنت) (٢) طالق، قال: إن شاءت فهي طالق وإن لم تشأ فلا شيء.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man says to his wife, "If you wish, you are divorced," then if she wishes, the divorce will take place, and if she does not wish, the divorce will not take place.
