١٩٣٦٧ - وعن عبيدة عن] (١) إبراهيم (قالا) (٢): إذا أعتقت (فخيرت) (٣) فاختارت نفسها فهي فرقة بغير طلاق.
19367 - From Ubaidah, from [1] Ibrahim (they said) [2]: If she is emancipated (and given the choice) [3] and she chooses herself, then it is a separation without divorce.
