١٩٣٥٠ - وعن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم (قالا) (١): إذا قال الرجل لامرأته: إن قربتك فأنت علي كظهر أمي، فإن قربها في (الأربعة) (٢) أشهر فهو ظهار، وقد (ثبت) (٣) عليه، وإن لم يقربها حتى تمضي أربعة أشهر فهو إيلاء، وقد بانت منه بواحدة.
19350 - From Abu Ma’shar, from Ibrahim (they both said): If a man says to his wife: “If I approach you, then you are to me as the back of my mother,” then if he approaches her within the (four) (2) months, it is zihar, and it has (become established) (3) upon him. But if he does not approach her until four months have passed, it is ila’, and she is separated from him by one (divorce).
