Hadith 19345
١٩٣٤٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ليس في الظهار وقت إلا أن يقول: إن (قربتك) (١) (فإن) (٢) قال: فتركها أربعة أشهر بانت منه بالإيلاء.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that there is no specific waiting period in zihar, but if someone says to his wife, "If I come near you," then the waiting period for zihar can begin. If he says this and leaves her for four months, then the woman will become separated due to ila.
