Hadith 19338
١٩٣٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يظاهر من امرأته ولا يوقت (أجلًا) (١) قال: (لا) (٢) تبين منه امرأته وإن لم يقع عليها (ما دام) (٣) يتلوم في الكفارة.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a person had intercourse with his wife and did not specify a time, then his wife will not be separated from him even if he does not have intercourse with her, as long as he is waiting for the expiation.
