Hadith 19335
١٩٣٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا معتمر بن (سليمان) (١) عن معمر عن الزهري قال: أيما يهودي أو نصراني أسلم ثم أسلمت امرأته فهما على نكاحهما إلا أن يكون فرق بينهما سلطان.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a Jew or Christian accepts Islam and then his wife accepts Islam, their marriage will remain intact. However, if the ruler has separated them, then the marriage is terminated.
