في المسح على الخفينWiping Over Leather Socks (Khuffayn)
Hadith 1931
١٩٣١ - حدثنا ابن علية عن يحيى بن أبي إسحاق (١): أنه سمع أنس بن مالك سئل عن المسح على الخفين؟ [(فقال: (امسح عليهما) (٢)، فقالوا له: أسمعته من النبي ﷺ قال: لا، ولكني سمعته ممن لا يتهم من أصحابنا يقولون: المسح على الخفين] (٣)، وإن صنع كذا، وكذا، لا يكني (٤).
Hazrat Yahya bin Abi Ishaq narrates that Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about wiping over leather socks (khuffs), so he said: Wipe over them. The people asked: Did you hear this command from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)? He replied: No. However, I heard this command from those companions who were free from accusation; they used to say that even if one has urinated or defecated, still wiping over the leather socks is permissible.
