ما قالوا في العبد تكون تحته الحرة أو الحر تكون تحته الأمة: كم طلاقها؟How Many Divorces Are Allowed for a Slave Married to a Free Woman or a Free Man Married to a Slave Woman?
Hadith 19251
١٩٢٥١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا زيد بن الحباب عن سيف عن مجاهد قال: إذا كانت الأمة تحت الحر فطلاقها (ثنتان) (١)، وعدتها (حيضتان) (٢)، وإذا كانت الحرة تحت العبد فطلاقها ثلاث وعدتها ثلاث حيض.
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a slave woman is married to a free man, then her divorces are two and her waiting period is also two menstrual cycles, and if a free woman is married to a slave man, then her divorces are three and her waiting period is also three menstrual cycles.
