Hadith 19235
١٩٢٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر والحكم في رجل أراد أن يتكلم بشيء فغلط فطلق فقال الشعبي: ليس بشيء.
Hazrat Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) were asked: If a person wants to say something to his wife but mistakenly utters words of divorce to his wife, what is the ruling? Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said that this is nothing, whereas Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) said that divorce will take place.
