Hadith 19232
١٩٢٣٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد قال: سألته عن رجل طلق امرأته ثلاثًا وليس لها (بينة) (١)، قال: تفتدي بمالها، قال قلت: فإن أبى؟ قال: تهرب منه ولا تقارّه.
Hazrat Shu’bah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him): If a person gives his wife three divorces and the woman has no witnesses, and the man denies it, then what is the ruling? He replied that the woman should give compensation and free herself from that man. I asked, if the man denies (the divorce), then what? He replied that the woman should run away from him, she should not stay with him.
