١٩٢٢٥ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن قال: (تقدمه) (١) إلى السلطان (فتستحلفه) (٢)] (٣).
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that in such a situation, the woman should take her husband to the ruler, and he should make him swear an oath.
