Hadith 19211
١٩٢١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: إن قبلوها فتطليقة (يملك) (١) (رجعتها) (٢).
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man gifts his wife to her own family, then if they accept, it is one divorce and he will have the right to take her back.
