Hadith 19206
١٩٢٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو خالد الأحمر عن حجاج عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا قال: كل حلٌ عليّ حرام، إن نوى طلاقًا فهي تطليقة وهو أملك بها، وإن لم ينو طلاقًا فهي يمين يكفرها.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a person says, "All that is lawful is unlawful for me," then if he intended divorce, one divorce will take place and he has more right to take her back. And if he did not intend divorce, then this is an oath and he should offer its expiation.
