Hadith 19161
١٩١٦١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال في البرية: إن نوى الطلاق فأدنى ما يكون من نيته في ذلك واحدة (بائنة) (١)، إن (شاءت) (٢) وشاء (تزوجها) (٣) وإن نوى ثلاثًا (فثلاث) (٤).
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a woman is declared free from responsibility, then with the intention of divorce, at least one irrevocable divorce will take place, and if both wish, the man can marry her again. And if the intention was of three, then three divorces will take place.
