في الرجل يخير امرأته ثلاثا فتختار مرةRuling If a Man Gives His Wife Authority for Three Divorces and She Uses Only One
Hadith 19118
١٩١١٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن الشعبي قال: سئل عن رجل قال لامرأته: اختاري نفسك (فسكتت) (١) ثم قال: ⦗١٩٢⦘ اختاري فسكتت ثم قال: اختاري، فاختارت نفسها عند الثالثة فأبانها منه فجعلها ثلاثًا.
Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked that a man said to a woman, “You have the choice,” she remained silent, then he said, “You have the choice,” she again remained silent, then he said, “You have the choice,” now she chose herself, so what is the ruling? He replied that the woman will become separated (bainah) and these will be three divorces.
