Hadith 19109
١٩١٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا محمد بن (بشر) (١) قال: (حدثنا) (٢) إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن عامر قال: إذا خيّر الرجل امرأته فلم تختر في ذلك المجلس فليس لها في ذلك (خيار) (٣).
Hazrat Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man gives his wife the right of choice and she does not use this right in the same sitting, then the right is terminated.
