Hadith 19101
١٩١٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا إسماعيل بن عياش عن المثنى عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده أن عمر بن الخطاب وعثمان بن عفان (قالا) (١): أيما رجل ملّك امرأته أمرها (أو) (٢) خيّرها فافترقا من ذلك المجلس فلم (تحدث) (٣) فيه شيئًا فأمرها إلى زوجها (٤).
Hazrat Umar bin Khattab and Hazrat Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with them) say that if a person gives his wife the right (of divorce), then their gathering is dispersed and the woman does not say anything, the matter will return to the man.
