Hadith 19095
١٩٠٩٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حفص عن داود عن الشعبي عن مسروق قال في قولهم: أمرك بيدك واختاري: سواء.
Hazrat Masruq (may Allah have mercy on him) says that for a man to say to his wife, "You have the choice," and to say, "Your matter is in your own hands," are the same.
