Hadith 19077
١٩٠٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن الأعمش عن حبيب عن سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس في رجل جعل أمر امرأته بيدها، فقالت: أنت طالق ثلاثًا قال: خطّأ اللَّه نوءها] (١) (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) was asked: If a person gives his wife the matter (of divorce) into her own hands, and then the woman says, "You are divorced three times," what is the ruling? He replied: Allah has caused a wrong statement to flow from her tongue.
