Hadith 19075
١٩٠٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير عن منصور قال: ذكرته لإبراهيم فقال: سواء هي واحدة، وهو أملك بها إن قالت: طلقتك أو طلقت نفسي.
Hazrat Mansur (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) that if a person gives his wife the matter (of divorce) into her own hands, and then the woman says, "You are divorced three times," what is the ruling? He replied that whether she says, "I have divorced you," or she says, "I have divorced myself," in both cases only one divorce will take place, and the husband will have more right to take her back.
