Hadith 19069
١٩٠٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يحيى بن سعيد عن (عبيد اللَّه) (١) عن نافع عن ابن عمر في الرجل يجعل أمر امرأته بيدها قال: القضاء ما قضت، (فإن تناكرا حلف) (٢) (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that in the case where the wife is given the choice, the decision she makes will be enforced; if someone denies it, an oath will be taken from her.
