ما قالوا في الرجل يطلق امرأته نصف تطليقةRuling If a Man Issues a Half Divorce to His Wife
Hadith 19038
١٩٠٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير بن عبد الحميد عن مغيرة عن الحارث (العكلي) (١) في رجل له أربع نسوة فقال لهن: بينكن ثلاث تطليقات قال: بانت كل ⦗١٧٣⦘ واحدة (منهن) (٢) بثلاث تطليقات، والرجل يطلق. نصف تطليقة قال: هي تطليقة تامة.
Hazrat Harith Akli (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man has four wives and he says to them, "Three divorces among you," then each one of them will be separated with three divorces. And if a man gives his wife half a divorce, it will be counted as a full divorce.
