Hadith 18990
١٨٩٩٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: قال شريح: إذا بدأ بالطلاق قبل (المثنوية) (١)، وقع الطلاق والعتاق حنث أو لم يحنث.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person mentions divorce or emancipation and says "Insha Allah," then divorce and emancipation will take effect, whether he breaks the oath or keeps it. And Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if he does not break the oath, then they will not take effect.
