Hadith 18961
١٨٩٦١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن بن صالح عن مطرف عن الحكم في رجل قال لامرأته: قد خليت سبيلك قال: نيته، قال: أرأيت إن نوى ثلاثًا! قال: أخاف أن يكون ذلك.
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man says to his wife, "I have left your way," then his intention will be taken into account. He was asked, "Do you think that he intended three (divorces)?" He replied, "I fear that this is the case."
