١٨٩٤١ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن رباح عن عطاء أنه كان لا يجيزه] (١).
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) did not consider the divorce of a person addicted to intoxication to be valid.
