Hadith 18940
١٨٩٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يزيد بن هارون عن يحيى بن سعيد أن القاسم وعمر بن عبد العزيز كانا لا يجيزان طلاق السكران.
Hazrat Qasim (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) did not consider the divorce of a person under the influence of intoxication to be valid.
