١٨٨٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: (لا) (١) يجوز طلاق المجنون إذا (أخذته) (٢) فإذا صح فهو جائز.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the divorce of a madman is not valid; when he becomes sane, then his divorce is valid.
