ما قالوا في طلاق (المجنون)Ruling on the Divorce of a Madman
Hadith 18868
١٨٨٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو داود الطيالسي عن هارون قال: سألت ابن سيرين عن طلاق المجنون فقال: ليس (بشيء) (١) والسلطان ينظر فيه (يسأل) (٢) ⦗١٣٦⦘ (البينة) (٣) أنه طلق و (تصبر) (٤) يمينه.
Hazrat Haroon (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Ibn Sireen (may Allah have mercy on him) about the divorce of a madman, so he replied that this is nothing. The ruler will consider this matter and will seek testimony that he has given divorce and will wait for an oath.
