Hadith 18862
١٨٨٦٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن وهو قول قتادة أنهما قالا: إذا قال الرجل لامرأته: اعتدي ثلاثًا، لم تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) and Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if a man says to his wife three times, "Count the waiting period," then she is not lawful for him until she marries another man.
