في الرجل يقول لامرأته: اعتدي، ما يكون؟Ruling If a Man Says to His Wife: 'Count Your Iddah'
Hadith 18859
١٨٨٥٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادًا عن رجل قال لامرأته: (أنت طالق، أنت طالق، أنت طالق) (١) ونوى الأولى قالا: هي واحدة، (وكذلك إذا قال: اعتدي، اعتدي) (٢).
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) that if a man says to his wife, “You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced,” and he intends only one divorce, then what is the ruling? Both of them replied that only one divorce will take effect, and if he says, “Count the waiting period, count the waiting period,” then the same ruling applies.
