Hadith 18858
١٨٨٥٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: هي واحدة، وهو أحق بها.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man says to his wife, "Count the waiting period," and he intends divorce by it, then one divorce will take place, and he has more right to take her back.
