Hadith 18808
١٨٨٠٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حاتم بن إسماعيل عن جعفر عن أبيه عن علي قال: إذا طلق البكر واحدة فقد (بتها) (١)، وإذا طلقها ثلاثًا لم تحل له حتى تنكح زوجًا غيره (٢).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if a man gives one divorce to a virgin, she will become irrevocably separated (bainah), and if he gives her three divorces before consummation, she will not be lawful for him until she marries another husband.
