١٨٨٠ - حدثنا ابن علية عن هشام الدستوائي قال: حدثنا حماد عن إبراهيم عن (أبي عبد اللَّه الجدلي) (١) عن خزيمة بن ثابت [أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ كان يقول: "المسح للمسافر ثلاثة وللمقيم يوم وليلة" (٢).
Hazrat Khuzaimah bin Thabit narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to say that for a traveler, wiping over the socks is permitted for three days and three nights, and for a resident, for one day and one night.
