Hadith 18794
١٨٧٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد في رجل قال: لامرأته كل امرأة أتزوجها عليك فهي طالق، قال: (١) هو وقت داخل عليه.
Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man says to his wife, "If I marry any woman while you are present, she will be divorced," then whenever he marries someone, she will be divorced.
