Hadith 18792
١٨٧٩٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا كثير بن هشام عن جعفر بن برقان عن حبيب بن أبي مرزوق عن عطاء قال: إذا الرجل (شرط) (١) للمرأة عند عقد النكاح أن كل امرأة يتزوجها عليها فهي طالق، وكل سرية يتسرى فهي حرة جاز عليه.
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man, while marrying a woman, sets the condition that if he marries another woman while being with this woman, then she will be divorced, and if a slave girl comes to him, she will be set free, then this condition will be valid.
