Hadith 18775
١٨٧٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن عبد الملك بن أبي سليمان عن سعيد بن جبير في الرجل يقول: يوم أتزوج فلانة فهي طالق، قال: ليس (بشيء) (١) إنما الطلاق بعد النكاح.
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If a person says that the day I marry such-and-such woman, she is divorced, what is the ruling on this? He replied: This is nothing; divorce takes place after marriage.
