Hadith 18772
١٨٧٧٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا خلف بن خليفة قال: سألت منصورا عن الرجل (تذكر) (١) له المرأة (فيقول) (٢): يوم أتزوجها فهي طالق، قال: كان (الحسن) (٣) لا يراه طلاقًا.
Hazrat Khallaf bin Khalifah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Mansur (may Allah have mercy on him) that if a man, while mentioning a woman, says that the day I marry her, she is divorced, then what is its ruling? He replied that Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) did not consider it to be anything.
