Hadith 18756
١٨٧٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا محمد بن بشر عن أبي معشر قال: نا سعيد المقبري قال: جاء رجل إلى عبد اللَّه بن عمر وأنا عنده فقال: يا أبا عبد الرحمن إنه طلق امرأته مائة مرة، قال: بانت منك بثلاث، وسبعة و (تسعون) (١) يحاسبك اللَّه بها يوم القيامة (٢).
Hazrat Saeed Maqbari (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I was with Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) when a man came and said, "O Abu Abdur Rahman! I have given my wife a hundred divorces, what is the ruling?" He replied, "She has become separated from you with three divorces, and you will have to account for the remaining ninety-seven divorces on the Day of Judgment."
