Hadith 18751
١٨٧٥١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن الأعمش عن حبيب قال: جاء رجل إلى علي فقال: إني طلقت امرأتي ألفًا قال: بانت منك بثلاث وأقسم (سائرها) (١) بين نسائك (٢).
Hazrat Habib (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a man came to Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and said, "I have given my wife a thousand divorces, what is the ruling now?" He replied, "She became separated (bainah) from you with just three divorces, and the remaining divorces you may distribute among your other wives."
