Hadith 18736
١٨٧٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل قال: (إن) (١) دخلت دار فلان فأنت طالق واحدة، فدخلت وهو لا يشعر (قال) (٢): إن كان غشيها في العدة فغشيانه لها مراجعة وإلا فقد بانت منه بواحدة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man says to his wife, "If you enter the house of such-and-such person, you will have one divorce," and if she enters and the man was not aware, now if during the waiting period the man had intercourse with her, then intercourse is considered a return (to the marriage), and if he did not do so, then the woman will have one irrevocable divorce.
