Hadith 18735
١٨٧٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن سعيد قال: سئل عن رجل قال لامرأته: إن دخلت دار فلان فأنت طالق، (فدخلت) (١) وهو لا يشعر، حتى مضى لذلك أشهر، فحدثنا عن قتادة عن الحسن وسعيد و (خلاس) (٢) (أنهم) (٣) قالوا: إذا علم أشهد على مراجعتها.
It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed (may Allah have mercy on him) that if a man said to his wife, "If you enter such-and-such house, you are divorced," and the woman entered that house but the man was unaware. He found out several months later. Regarding this, Hasan, Hazrat Saeed, and Hazrat Khallas (may Allah have mercy on them) say that when he becomes aware, he should appoint witnesses to his revocation.
