ما قالوا في الرجل يطلق امرأته وهي حائض؟Ruling if a Man Divorces His Wife During Menstruation
Hadith 18696
١٨٦٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن علية عن ليث عن طاوس قال: إذا طلق الرجل المرأة وهي حائض لم (تعتد) (١) بتلك الحيضة.
Hazrat Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, then that period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).
