Hadith 18695
١٨٦٩٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن علية عن ليث عن الشعبي عن شريح قال: (قال) (١): إذا طلق الرجل امرأته وهي حائض (لم) (٢) (تعتد) (٣) بتلك الحيضة.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife while she is in her menstrual period, then that period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).
