ما قالوا في الرجل يطلق امرأته وهي حائض؟Ruling if a Man Divorces His Wife During Menstruation
Hadith 18694
١٨٦٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الوهاب الثقفي عن عبيد اللَّه بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر في الذي يطلق امرأته وهي حائض قال: لا (تعتد) (١) بتلك الحيضة (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that if a person divorces his wife while she is in her menstrual period, then that period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).
