Hadith 18379
١٨٣٧٩ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: نا شعبة عن يزيد بن (خمير) (١) عن عبد الرحمن بن جبير بن نفير عن أبيه عن أبي الدرداء أن النبي ﷺ مر على امرأة (مجحٍ) (٢) وهي على باب خباء أو فسطاط فقال: "لمن (هذه) (٣)؟ " فقالوا: لفلان، ⦗٥٦٦⦘ قال: " (أيُلِمّ) (٤) بها"، (قالوا) (٥): نعم! قال: "لقد هممت أن ألعنه لعنة تدخل (معه) (٦) قبره، (كيف) (٧) يستخدمه وهو (يغذوه) (٨) في (بصره) (٩) وسمعه؟ كيف يرثه وهو لا يحل له؟ " (١٠).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of a battle, the Prophet ﷺ passed by a pregnant woman who was near childbirth (and had been brought as a captive). She was standing at the entrance of the tent. The Prophet ﷺ inquired, "Whose is she?" The people replied, "She belongs to so-and-so." The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Does he have intercourse with her?" The people replied, "Yes." The Prophet ﷺ said, "I am inclined to invoke such a curse upon him that it would accompany him in his grave. How will he take service from (the child born from) her when he is strengthening its hearing and sight? How will he be its heir when it is not lawful for him?"
