ما قالوا في الرجل يقبل المرأة، تحل له ابنتها، أو يقبل ابنتها تحل له أمها؟If a Man Kisses a Woman, Is Her Daughter Lawful for Him? Or If He Kisses a Girl, Is Her Mother Lawful for Him?
Hadith 18159
١٨١٥٩ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن في الرجل يقبل المرأة أو يلمسها أو يأتيها في غير فرجها: إن شاء تزوجها وإن شاء تزوج ابنتها، وإن كانت البنت، تزوج (الأم) (١) إن شاء.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man kisses a woman, or touches her with desire, or has intercourse with her in a place other than the private parts, then if he wishes, he may marry her, and if he wishes, he may marry her daughter; and if he does such with a girl, then he may marry her mother.
