ما قالوا في الرجل يقذف امرأته ثم يكذب نفسه (أيسعها) أن تقر معه أو ترافعه إلى السلطان؟If a Man Accuses His Wife of Zina and Then Retracts, Should She Stay with Him or Take the Matter to the Judge?
Hadith 18138
١٨١٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (نا) (١) محمد بن سواء عن ابن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: لا يسعها أن (تقاره) (٢) حتى ترافعه إلى السلطان، فإما حد وإما ملاعنة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man accuses his wife of adultery and then retracts his statement, it is not permissible for the woman to remain with that man. She should take the matter to the judge, and then either the prescribed punishment will be carried out on the man or there will be li'an (mutual cursing).
