Hadith 18136
١٨١٣٦ - حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا اختارت نفسها وقد أعتقت قبل أن يدخل بها فلا صداق لها.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man marries a slave woman, then before consummation she is set free, then according to Islamic law the woman is given the choice to accept or reject her husband, but if she chooses separation from her husband, then she will not receive the dowry.
