Hadith 18135
١٨١٣٥ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل (زوج) (١) أمته على مهر مسمى ثم أعتقها قبل أن يدخل بها (زوجها) (٢) فتخير، فتختار نفسها قال: يبطل النكاح ويرد على الزوج مهره.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man married his slave woman with a specified dowry, then she was set free before consummation, then she was given the option and she chose herself, the marriage will become void and the dowry will be returned to her husband.
