Hadith 18134
١٨١٣٤ - حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول: إذا أعتقت الأمة وهي تحت العبد (فخيرت) (١) فاختارت نفسها قبل أن يدخل بها فلا صداق لها وهي تطليقة بائنة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that if a slave woman was married to a slave man, then she was set free, and after being freed she was given the choice, and she chose herself before consummation, then that woman will not receive a dowry and this will be an irrevocable divorce.
